The recipe of the week: “Spaghetti pomodoro e basilico” with video
Today I would like to show you a very easy and tasty italian recipe of spaghetti. We prepare it in every season, but I recommend you to cook it in summer when tomatoes are tastier.
Spaghetti pomodoro e basilico
Serves 4
Ingredients
150 gr cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil
1 clove of garlic
2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
Coarse salt
400 gr Spaghetti
Cut tomatoes in 4 parts. Put 2 spoons oil in a pan, then the clove, tomatoes, fresh basil and a little bit of coarse salt. Put the pan on the fire and cook about 10 minutes, mix occasionally. Meantime cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente and after about 7 - 9 minutes drain them. Put spaghetti in the pan with sauce and mix. Serve and buon appetito!
