“I primi d’Italia” an example of Italian cooking culture

-->

If you have some holidays yet, and you like Italian cooking, I suggest you to visit Foligno (Umbria) from 27th to 30th September and to take part to “I primi d’Italia”. This is the 9th national festival of the first courses. There we can find an universe of tastings and of course all Italian cooking culture. I primi d’Italia offers us more than 100 new recipes. In the historical center of the city we can walk through 15 taverns, where we can taste pasta, soups, rice, gnoccos, polenta, and all types of first courses. If you want to know more about I primi d’Italia in Foligno, you can visit www.iprimiditalia.it.
